<p style="text-align: justify;">Many people snore in their sleep. Whilst some people only snore when they are physically exhausted, others snore on a regular basis each time he or she goes to sleep. There are also those who snore mildly or quietly while others may be loud snorers and thus are disruptive sleep partners.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For those who snore regularly, do you know if you are just experiencing a non-medical threatening condition of snoring, or do you have a more serious <strong>sleep disorder</strong> that requires medical attention such as sleep apnea?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There is a <strong>difference between snoring and having a sleep disorder of sleep apnea</strong>. Whilst snoring is not a life threatening condition, sleep apnea could be potentially fatal if it is a serious case with no medical attention seeked.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Sleep apnea is a condition where the sufferer stops breathing at intervals due to a blockage of the airway, and resumes after some seconds. It poses a threat to health as the sufferer could die from a prolonged period of not breathing during his or her sleep. As such, <strong>people with sleep apnea need to seek medical care</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">How do you tell the difference whether you are just snoring or you have sleep apnea? If you have sleep apnea, you will often be woken up in your sleep as you resume regular breathing every now and then. Whilst if you are just snoring, you may not be woken up like the case of someone suffering sleep apnea.</p>

Well I can&#8217;t vouch for the accuracy of this information, but have a glance through anyway to see how our body works while we sleep. And it&#8217;s more important than we care to give thoughts to. Stay well, sleep and eat well!</p>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Evening at 9 &#8211; 11pm : This the time for eliminating unnecessary and/or toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time should be spent relaxing or listening to music.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Evening at 11pm &#8211; 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver takes place, and you should ideally be in a deep sleep state.</div>
</li>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Early morning 1 &#8211; 3am : The de-toxification process in the gall takes place, and you should also ideally be in a deep sleep state.</div>
</li>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Early morning 3 &#8211; 5am : De-toxification in the lungs. There may sometimes be severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process has reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with the toxin removal process.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Morning 5 &#8211; 7am : The de-toxification in the colon happens and this is the best time to empty your bowels.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Morning 7 &#8211; 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine takes place. Breakfast is suggested to be taken during this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping till late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals.</div>
