			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Do you know your body&#8217;s timetable in going about its bodily functions? Well I can&#8217;t vouch for the accuracy of this information, but have a glance through anyway to see how our body works while we sleep. And it&#8217;s more important than we care to give thoughts to. Stay well, sleep and eat well!</p>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Evening at 9 &#8211; 11pm : This the time for eliminating unnecessary and/or toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time should be spent relaxing or listening to music.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Evening at 11pm &#8211; 1am : The de-toxification process in the liver takes place, and you should ideally be in a deep sleep state.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Early morning 1 &#8211; 3am : The de-toxification process in the gall takes place, and you should also ideally be in a deep sleep state.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Early morning 3 &#8211; 5am : De-toxification in the lungs. There may sometimes be severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process has reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with the toxin removal process.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Morning 5 &#8211; 7am : The de-toxification in the colon happens and this is the best time to empty your bowels.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">Morning 7 &#8211; 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine takes place. Breakfast is suggested to be taken during this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all. Sleeping till late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals.</div>
