by Tipsie on December 2, 2008

Most illnesses stem from the way we treat our bodies and how we take care of ourselves. This article will take a look at some how our lifestyle behaviours and habits that can cause damage to the liver little by little over time.

Here are some habits that are known to slowly but surely cause problems to the liver:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil.
8. Consuming overly done foods also add to the burden of liver.
- Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts.
- Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

How many of the above are you guilty of? I am guilty of quite a handful. I didn’t know that they can in turn cause liver problems or liver damage. Nevertheless, it’s not too late for me to know and do something about these habits. What abou you, will you take this seriously and change for the better?
